Named for Nang Linji road in Krungthepmahanakhon (known outside Thailand as Bangkok), Linji offers a unique range of spice-themed provisions, condiments, and seasonings made by hand in small batches in Denver, Colorado.

Founder, owner, and operator Rasami Storm comes from a long line of cooks—her grandmother sold street food out of the front of her house on Nang Linji Road, and her mother worked for years as a professional chef. From her grandmother and mother, Rasami learned to use quality ingredients and time-tested methods. She also learned that you can make a delicious, comforting meal by taking the ingredients available and combining them in unique ways that highlight their best attributes.

Today, Rasami strives to bring the same dedication to quality and resourceful agility to her own cooking, with recipes that are rooted in the flavors of her childhood but that reflect a lifetime of travel, friendships, and culinary exploration.
